Sweet Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts (with an Air Fryer Option)

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Alpine Fresh Brussels Sprouts, halved 
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 
- 2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup 
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt 
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper 
Directions for Oven Roasting:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. 
- Add the halved Brussels sprouts to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, real maple syrup, salt and pepper. 
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet then roast for 20 minutes, or until edges are caramelized golden and crispy. 
- Serve with your choice of protein and a starch like mashed potatoes. 
Directions for Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. 
- Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, real maple syrup, salt and pepper. 
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and shake into a single layer. 
- Air fry, for 7 minutes then shake the basket (or rotate the pans in larger air fryers) and roast for another 6 minutes, 15 minutes total. 
- Serve with your choice of protein and a starch like mashed potatoes.
